This villa is part of a complex of seven newly built villas in the village of Diminici, which is only 1.5 kilometers from the nearest beach. This beautiful Villa for up to 10 persons stands out because of the panoramic view on the sea and Raški Bay from its terrace and balcony. The location of this villa is perfect for those seeking peace due to its isolation and comfort due to its full equipment. Three bedrooms have three double beds and two-bedroom has two single beds. Three of them are on the second floor, one is on the first floor and one Studio bedroom is on the ground level. The villa also offers three bathrooms with a shower and one separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffe maker, toaster, and much more. In the living room you can relax with your coffee or tea watching the sunset or watch your favourite program on TV equipped with satellite channels. Swimming Pool closed from 01.10. until 30.04. If you booked the property before 15.04.2023 then you should pay the cleaning fee of 380€ at checkin in cash. If you booked later than 15.04.2023 then the cleaning fee is included in the price.
