Fully air-conditioned Villa Zvonimir with an area of 435m2, consists of 5 airy bedrooms with double beds. Two cots are also available. The guests of the villa have 5 superbly equipped bathrooms available, 2 of which are equipped with bathtubs, and 3 with shower cabins, which makes it ideal for 10 guests. In the spacious Villa Zvonimir, there are also two main kitchens, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor, equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
In the fully fenced, 1180 m2 large yard of Villa Zvonimir, there is a swimming pool (45 m2) with massagers surrounded by deck chairs. You can prepare meals on the outdoor grill and in the summer kitchen. Villa guests have 6 private parking spaces at their disposal.
In Villa Zvonimir, there is also a jacuzzi located next to the pool, as well as two gazebos. One is for gathering together outside the house (small kitchen with grill and a large table), while the other is a Game room (darts, table football and table tennis).
