Ideally located on the waterfront,in an ancient noble house of the 17th c., furnished to a high standard, tasteful decoration (restored in 2006), 6 windows among which 2 directly on the sea (stunning views on the fjord),30 SECONDS TO THE SEA (bathings in crystalline waters of the fjord from May to the end of October) and of a small fishing harbour. Perast is a UNESCO World Heritage site.Low cost long term winter lets (270 sunny days per year).Short stays (4 nights) accepted out season.Forward and late season are very beautiful and little frequented.
The house, called “Galleria”, is very close to the Armony Coffee.
