Positive: The apartment had a television with access to Smart TV, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description and also not visible in the pictures. That was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the stay was quite good, and that is the positive feedback I can give.
Negative: The negative aspects of the stay mainly concern the check-in, parking information, and check-out process. Firstly, the check-in procedure was not sufficiently explained, which made the arrival unnecessarily unclear. In addition, the information regarding parking was inadequate, you have to pay the Parking everywhere around the Apartment. Finally, there was a serious issue during check-out. Although a check-out time of 11:00 a.m. was clearly stated, the owner attempted to enter the apartment at around 10:50 a.m. without calling or ringing the doorbell, using her key while we were still inside. This only failed because the key was in the lock from the inside; only then did she ring the bell. When I opened the door, she claimed that check-out was at 10:00 a.m., which I corrected and was prepared to prove. She then acknowledged the 11:00 a.m. time and allowed us an additional 5–10 minutes before we left. This behavior is not acceptable, especially since the check-out procedure, including the key handover, had been clearly agreed upon. The fact that the key had not yet been returned should have indicated that the apartment might still be occupied; therefore, contacting guests before attempting to enter should be standard practice.
