Positive: Position is good, 20 min by foot to the city center. Everything is pretty close, even cities are just 20-40 min by car The apartment is really nice, bigger than expected. The owner lives in the apartment on the first floor above. There is a lot of space in bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a common room, a kitchen and outside space.
