These two modern holiday apartments boast a great location. They are just a five-minute walk from the coast. A promenade connects all the beaches. The nearest beach, as well as the nearest shop, bus stop, and restaurant, are within a few minutes' walk.
Both apartments have sea views and a small furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. Three steps lead from the two private parking spaces in front of the house to the entrance.
The apartments are located on the second floor of the house, which was only built in 2015 and is surrounded by lush greenery. The house has a main entrance on the ground floor, on the north side at the level of the parking spaces. You enter a small entrance area with two separate doors to the two apartments. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning. This is centrally located and can therefore cool all rooms when the doors are open.
There are several beaches nearby. The nearest rocky beach is 350 meters (a six-minute walk) away. If you prefer a sandy beach, you'll find a small beach with coarse pebbles 500 meters away. The large sandy beach of Ićići is 1.3 kilometers away. In the center of Opatija (1.5 kilometers), there's also the large concrete Slatina beach. The nearest grocery store (100 meters) and the bus stop (100 meters) are a three-minute walk away. A green market, a fish market, and other shops can be found in the center of Opatija. The nearest restaurant is a five-minute walk away, and the city center is a 20-minute walk away. A children's playground is also nearby, and the Thalassotherapy Opatija health center is not far away.

The holiday apartments are located only a 5 minute walk to the seashores. There is a walking promenade (lungomare) wich is connecting all the beaches.
The living room has access to the sea-facing balcony. Private parking is at ground level. There are only 3 stairs to the entrance. The neighboring houses are not very close. There is plenty of greenery.
This apartment is the larger of the two. It is on the side facing the sea. The two holiday apartments are both on the second floor, the rest of the house is used privately.
This one has a living room that is equipped with a sofa (bed for 2 persons), a kitchen, two bedrooms (with a double bed each), one bathroom with a toilet and shower, a second bathroom with a toilet and bath tub, and a separate guest toilet. TV and Sat–TV, free wireless internet, air-conditioning are available. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, oven and everything else. A washing machine is also available.

The apartments are on the 2nd floor if you look from the south side. But the entrance to the house is from the north side, directly from the parking spaces - this means that the entrance is on the ground floor. Therefore, guests have to climb no stairs from their car to the apartment.
