A very cosy and bright apartment in the heart of Prčanj, a picturesque village of the Bay of Kotor! The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy every moment of your stay. There is a swimming pool at your disposal, which you share with other guests of the apartment complex. The apartment has just been renovated and it offers you all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay!
The cosy living room with panoramic windows offers incredible views. In the living room, there is a sofa that folds out and provides two additional beds. The windows have blinds. The kitchen, combined with the living room, is equipped with everything you need: an electric stove, oven, microwave, set of dishes, necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and food processor/blender. The huge terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy your meal and drinks outside. The apartment has excellent Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. There are two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. You can also use it if you want to refresh your towels. I always leave you a set of one large towel, one small towel and a foot towel (towels are for indoor use only). For your convenience, the apartment also includes a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. If you go outside your apartment and walk a little to the left, you will find a swimming pool.
If you are travelling with a child, a cot and high chair are available. Let me know in advance if you want to use it so that I can install it in your apartment in time.
FREE PARKING is just in front of the building.
The apartment offers proximity to the water and incredible views. The whole village of Prčanj is located on a hill, so to get to the apartment you will need to go up a hill (there are gentle and steep slopes). In steep spots, there are handrails and steps to assist you in going up or down.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Prčanj
Prčanj is a picturesque village of the Bay of Kotor, which is under the protection of UNESCO. In this wonderful place, time seems to stop. Prčanj is not a fully explored pearl of this Bay.
Despite the tourist flow all year round, this place is distinguished by authenticity and a certain charm that will definitely touch your soul. If you walk down the street ( around 5 minutes) there is a free beach with crystal clear waters. There are also various restaurants where you can enjoy some fresh seafood and local cuisine. Konoba Vila Marija, Bokeski Gusti and Marius are the nearest ones ( 7-10 min on foot) and offer a waterside breakfast, lunch and dinner/drinks and an amazing view of the bay. The most notable peace of sacral architecture in Prcanj is Our Lady temple which was built in the Venetian late baroque style. You can also check The Palace of the Three Sisters. It is the best-preserved example of Gothic profane architecture. You can also just take a walk along the promenade and admire the beauty of mountains, ancient churches and houses, blooming magnolias and the smell of jasmine. In case you would like to do some quick groceries go to Dado Mini market ( 9 min on foot). You can get fresh bakery and bread at "Pekara" a 15-minute walk away.
Kotor
About 5 km away is Kotor, where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the old town and its small cute streets. In this historic city there are many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and nice shops.
There are some nice pubs for a drink, such as Letrika Caffe Bar, The Nitrox Pub & Eatery, Jazz Club Evergreen, Pub “Old Town" Kotor, and The Harbour Pub. For the ultimate Kotor dining experience, head to Konoba Scala Santa, the oldest restaurant in Kotor, known for its amazing seafood and authentic local dishes. Scala Santa was first opened in 1931 and still exudes Montenegro's special charm to this day. To explore Kotor's nightlife, you can go to nightclub MAXIMUS.
This is the perfect environment for outdoor enthusiasts. You can walk along the old Kotor trail over the old city walls where you will be rewarded at the top with a breathtaking view of the entire Kotor bay.
Under the city walls of Kotor there is a market open daily from 7am to 7pm all year round. Saturday is the busiest day and then most products can be found. In addition to delicacies, fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and meat, you can also buy jewelry and souvenirs. Just a bit further there is a big shopping mall, KAMELIJA. ( Don’t forget to keep the bill for free parking!:))
Perast
From the centre of Prčanj, you can take a boat trip towards Perast and also see a fantastically beautiful place that has attracted the attention of many travellers for centuries - the Island of Gospa od Shkrpela. You can also visit one of a few oyster farms, for example, “Milos Grubacevic”.

My name is Lana and it's my pleasure to become your host in Montenegro. I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. Every year my love for this place just kept growing. That's why I have decided to buy a second home here. I am especially in love with Prcanj. I have travelled around Montenegro but still couldn't have found a better place. I am happy to share this experience with you too. In my daily life, I am the mother of little Sophia ( yes, that's also the name of the apartment now:). I will be happy to get to know you too!
BOOKING PROCESS:
Send me a booking request and I will react right away. Usually, I respond within 5 minutes. I may be on my way somewhere and won’t react immediately, in that case, I will do my best to get back to you within an hour. The reservation requests sent after 21:30 in some cases are accepted immediately or the latest next day early morning.
Manual booking confirmation has been introduced to ensure that we continue to offer you the neat apartment as you can see on the photos. Thank you for your understanding!
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
The property manager will contact you a couple of days before your arrival to agree on arrival times and the check-in method you prefer. She will explain in detail how to find the apartment. She will meet you, guide you through the apartment and answer your questions. There is also a Lockbox available in case of any unforeseen circumstances. You will receive the code in case you choose to check in with a Lockbox.
CLEANING:
Information for the guests staying more than 14 days. I sincerly ask you to take care of a place like its your own. You can eigher request an extra cleaning after a couple of weeks of your stay ( €55 ) or clean the place yourself properly. The space should be ventilated and cleaned due to maintaining hygiene. Guests who won't comply with this rule will be charged for the extra cleaning.
TOURIST TAX:
During your stay in Montenegro, you are obliged to register within 24 hours. The residence tax is 1.00 euro per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay residence tax. Young people between 12 and 18 years old pay half, i.e. 0.50 euros. This is not included in the price paid on this website. You could choose to go to the registration office in Prčanj or Kotor or let the property manager do it for you. You will need to take a passport with you and they only accept cash at the office.
