The apartment is large, comfortable and airy; central, and very close to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious, with the master bedroom enjoying the benefit of an en-suite bathroom. A large balcony offers plenty of opportunity for relaxing and al-fresco dining.
A wide entrance corridor leads to the master bedroom on the left (king size bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom) and the second bedroom on the right (two single beds, wardrobe). Further on, the corridor leads to the large, open-plan living - dining room, kitchen, balcony and the main bathroom . The balcony is large and can be accessed from the kitchen and the living room. The apartment can sleep up to 5 people but smaller groups and couples are welcome. With a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a furnished terrace this is a great holiday home. Prcanj sea-front, with its lovely intimate beaches, is only 5 minutes' walk away, and all town amenities are nearby. Prcanj is an idyllic, tranquil air spa, and former fishing village. It's famous for its air quality , particularly for people with respiratory problems, due to the lush pine and chestnut forests on the hills above the town. It has beautiful old, renaissance architecture and you'll have a feeling of time slowing down to make your holiday more enjoyable... everything is relaxed in this part of Kotor Bay. Step back in time, unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
Prancj has several restaurants including the Hotel Splendido with its waterfront terrace where non residents can enjoy a cocktail or a meal. If you prefer to eat in, there are bakeries and markets in the village, or a much larger daily market in Kotor which makes an ideal morning walk to gather supplies. There are several family friendly restaurants in what is a friendly and relaxed village. It is also home to the stunning Church of our Lady. The apartment is 10 minutes drive from the walled city of Kotor with its plentiful bars and restaurants. Designated parking and water tank. As well as being a relaxing coastal location it also makes an excellent base for travelling around Montenegro with a nearby bus station, and taxi or boat tours to many other towns in Montenegro.
