Summary: When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs.
