Positive: The house is located just 5 mins by car from Primošten and about 1.5 mins on foot from the nearest beach. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had two separate bedrooms - one opening from the entrance hallway, the other from the living room/kitchen area. The terrace has a seaview and comfortable chairs with a table. Free private parking is right in front of the house. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos. Wifi was working well. We were welcomed by the owner's mother, who lives next door. She doesn't speak English but everything went smoothly. Later we met the owner, who was very kind and responsive - he provided us with extra kitchen utensils when needed and additional anti-mosquito filters, since the living room and one of the bedrooms did not have mosquito nets. Overall, we enjoyed our six-day stay and rating it 10star. Hvala!

Negative: Some recommendations for improvement: 1. Later check-out time than 9:00AM would be appreciated. 2. Drying rack next to the kitchen sink would make dishwashing easier. 3. Small shelf in the bathroom for clothes or toiletries would be useful.
