Positive: The apartment is spacious & clean, and it has a balcony facing east (or south-east?), which means there is a beautiful sunrise scene. The surrounding area is also quieter as it is not the city centre. Public transportation is quite convenient though.

Negative: Not enough power sockets, especially in the sleeping room.

Summary: It is an apartment with a good view & the surrounding is very nice & quiet
