Positive: Good location: quiet, close to the sea. A reserved parking place - invaluable in a crowded street. Efficient air conditioning.
Negative: A kitchen annex very small. No dish rack - had to dry dishes on the table outside, but in summer it's not a big deal. Rearranging the living room area could be advised: we ended up keeping most food/drink related stuff on the living room table anyway.
