The newly renovated holiday home is a country house located in Kaštelir, 10 km from Porec and a 10-minute drive from the Lanterna resort with its beautiful beaches. Completely renovated in 2016, the house has a partially fenced plot of approximately 1000 m² with a well-kept lawn and olive trees. Guests have exclusive use of the following outdoor facilities: a large covered terrace with benches for outdoor dining, a barbecue, a well-tended garden with a children's swing, slide and trampoline, and several parking spaces in the courtyard. The landlady lives in the rear part of the house and has a separate entrance to the courtyard. The holiday home has a total living area of 140 m², spread over three floors, and can accommodate up to 12 people in three holiday apartments, all of which are accessible from the hallway via internal stairs. Each holiday apartment is furnished for two to four people and has an area of 40 m² with a living area, kitchen, dining table and pull-out couch, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. All apartments are air-conditioned and WiFi is available. The holiday home is ideal for one or more families and small dogs are also welcome on request.
