The house disposes with an enclosed garden of 500 sqm where is situated a beautifully maintained garden, outdoor pool of 24 sqm, parking for two cars and summer kitchen with sitting furniture and barbecue. On guests’ disposal there is also a children playground located at the plot of the owner who lives near the Villa GF25.
Villa with swimming pool for 2 guests with a total living area of 65 sqm + 20 sqm of covered terrace consists of air conditioned ground floor with living area with access to the covered terrace with summer kitchen, equipped kitchen, dining table, one single bedroom, one double bedroom, shower/toilet and guest toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under.
