The kitchen is fully equiped it has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, microwave, a dishwasher, dolce gusto coffe machine, filter coffe machine ect.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and wifi internet.

There is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, where you can find everything you need from clothing, swimming equipment, cosmetics, groceries and next to the supermarket there is also a pharmacy.
The town of Rovinj, which has been the number one destination on the Adriatic for many years, is located 6 kilometers from the villa, as well as all the most beautiful beaches, which are numerous in any direction you go.
The swimming pool located on the property is 10m by 5m and is shared with other guests on the property. The pool is maintained daily so that the water is always crystal clear.
