On the ground floor, the first living and dining room measures 30 m2 and includes a kitchen corner, while the second living and dining room measures 35 m2. Both spaces are bright and welcoming, each providing direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and shared between the 2 living areas, featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
