The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary style of construction. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people who have 300 m2 of living space at their disposal. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds and attached bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the fourth is on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is also a large sunny terrace with deckchairs.
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen also includes a bar with bar stools. Right next to it is a beautiful living room that includes a corner sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.
Lovers of an active vacation will also use the fitness room, which is equipped with basic exercise equipment, so you will have the opportunity to stay fit during your vacation. The villa also offers a sauna where you can rest your body and soul.
On the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy swimming in the heated pool of 48 m2 and 1.4 meters deep.
