Villa Golden Paradise 1 has a basement where lovers of active holidays will be able to enjoy the gym, and a sauna will provide pleasant relaxation. In the basement there is also a toilet, a shower by the sauna, technical room and laundry which includes a washing machine, dryer and iron (laundry service charge). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with an island, a living room that includes a corner sofa, armchairs, a sofa, a TV, tables, Lacustics sound system and books. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 12 people.
