The complex was built in 2022, it has 968 m2 of living space, while the size of the total property is 1150 m2. It is 600 m from the nearest sea, and you will drive to the beach only 1.5 km. Also, this complex has 4 additional single beds, two beds in each villa.
Villa Golden Paradise 2 has a ground floor with a comfortable living room, a dining room with a dining table for 12 people, a modern kitchen, a toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. From the room, you can go out on the terrace and enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, 12 deck chairs, seating, and a table. On the ground floor, there is a sauna with a wardrobe and a shower. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, and two terraces. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, another living room, kitchen with island and another terrace.
The villa complex has a sea view from all bedrooms, from all terraces, from both living rooms, dining room, and kitchen.
