The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 206 m2 of living space and 1150 m2 of total property. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with double beds. The villa also has two bathrooms, one en suite with a bathtub and a shower cabin, and one ordinary one that also has a bathtub and a shower cabin.
The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing the most delicious meals for family and friends.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 36 m2 pool, 1.5 meters deep, which has automatic electrolysis as an additional function. Next to the pool, you will sunbathe on 5 sunbeds, 4 are intended for one person, and one serves as a sunbed for two people. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table with 6 seats and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. You will be able to drink your morning coffee on the outdoor seating area next to the pool, where there is also an umbrella, or on another seating area with a table located under the canopy.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a feeder and baby cot.
