Positive: this is an amazing apartment located right on the beach on 8th floor of a stand alone building with 24x7 reception attendee, huge varandah all around the rooms, huge spacious rooms, the view open to sea. the old town is just 5 mins drive and takes around 45 mins walk. grocery store nearby. parking is limited but can manage easily by parking in open areas near beach. you can see sunrise form the rooms and luckily we could enjoy the firecracker show of 31st night from the balcony itself.

Negative: we loved everything.

Summary: an amazing luxurious apartment on 8th floor, sea facing, huge rooms and an amazing view.
