Positive: This place is amazing and we had a lovely time. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna make your stay wonderfully enjoyable. The house is big and very comfortable. There is a nice terrace with a large table to eat outside, a grill spot and well kept garden. Kids were happily running around and even made friends with one kitten that had been visiting us :) The baby cot was beautifully prepared for us in a way that was well above our expectations. As for the location - a huge supermarket is 3 mins away by car, a bakery and a small grocery shop are in the walking distance. Zadar is 10-15min away. All in all we loved it here and would recommend to anyone.
