Looking for an apartment with a seaview balcony in Dubrovnik? Enjoy your stay in our modern apartment SKY, very near the waterfront in central Dubrovnik. It consist of two bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, open-plan kitchen and living space with sofa, flat SMART TV with NETFLIX, bathroom, hall, exit to the balcony with see view.

In this peaceful apartment towels and linens are provided. Double beds in rooms are very comfortable because it contains anti-allergy mattress with orthopedic supports of the body, so perfect choice for resting after exploring day in Dubrovnik :-).
In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffe maker, toaster flap and kettle. Private bathroom feature a shower, towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

The villa is newly built, modern, our apartment is settled on the second floor, finished with quality materials, excellent insulation, with a wooden floor in the room, wooden stairs, hallway, living room and bathroom - ceramics extra quality.

The location is perfect for sightseeing Dubrovnik, as we are settled in central part of the town (walking distance to the Old town and Lapad valley). Under the building you can reach all local buses in town (3 minutes from us). The park is accros the street - 3 minutes away, Dubrovnik port and marine, transfer to all islands of Dubrovnik - Elaphit islands is in 5 minutes by walk. Shops, supermarket, post office, green & fish market, banks, restaurants and coffee bars are in 3 - 5 walking minutes from us. Only one BIO shop in Dubrovnik, for groceries and food is in our neighborhood, 2 minutes from the apartment.

The Old Town is only 3 bus stations away, or you can walk for 20 minutes...Dubrovnik beaches are also easy to reach from the apartment. We can arrange your time of check in and out...What would be the best for you (depends of the guests before your reservation).

Transfers from/to Dubrovnik airport are available for affordable price. Washer / Dryer is available for additional fee.
