Positive: 1. The location was the best! Near the grocery shops, bus stations (easy to get to the Old Town) and a port. 2. Apartment was pretty, the bed and sofa-bed were big and comfortable. 3. The house had all the kitchen utensils, towels, shampoos and shower gels, hair dryer, clothes iron etc. 4. It was sweet they made the sofa-bed ready for us to rest. 5. Informative and friendly host who gives you privacy. He also provided a bottle of wine for us.

Negative: 1. For us, unfortunately the host was 30min late from check-in time, and we booked a tour on the same day so it was a bit stressful situation with luggage and all. Of course we understand that Mateo is very busy business man with many other apartments but the check-in time was not on time as promised. Of course we are also at fault for booking the schedule so tightly. 2. There is no microwave. 3. The apartment gets really easily humid and stuffy when windows are closed. We wanted to keep window open but bugs and mosquitos kept coming inside. We would recommend to put mosquito net on the windows.
