It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, only 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on a 2800 sqm plot with a private swimming pool of 50 sqm. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with a kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. From the living room, there's a direct exit to the terrace equipped with seating furniture. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned, it also has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden along with a terrace, a barbecue area with a large stone table, and a private car park. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away.
