This small villa complex is set in a newly built residential area on a hillside in a quiet neighborhood. Oriented to the east part of the island of Brač, in the small village called Splitska it counts a total of 15 properties. Surrounded with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and lush forest on the edge of the village which makes it the perfect place for your vacation. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach the beach, restaurant, and the town's center.
The port of the town of Supetar is just 6 km away. There you can find better shopping possibilities, a cinema, craft shops, museums and various other leisure activities. Ferries depart from Supetar to the city of Split 14 times per day, which makes it very easy to enjoy a day trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, have dinner and catch a later ferry back to the island.
Villa Dawn is set towards the lower end of the estate thus closer to the sea it has a large open plan living area downstairs and a lovely kitchen & dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric stovetop with oven, electric kettle, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. This level has several exits to the pool terrace and gardens, so it is very airy and light – from this level internal stairs lead up to 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have small balconies and from this level more stairs go up to the roof terrace with amazing views of the bay and a pergola for protection from the sun – great place to sit with a glass of local wine as the sun sets.
