The ground floor consists of living room, dining area, full kitchen and half bathroom with washing machine. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Two of the four bedrooms have queen size bed and the other two have 140 cm wide double bed. Air Conditioning units are in the bedrooms and living room. There are two terraces in front of the house: covered terrace with dining table and 8 chairs and another terrace with BBQ, shower and sun loungers. The property comes with private parking space for one medium sized vehicle.Amenities include AC in all rooms, Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, HI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and parking.Located first row to the sea 3 minutes walk from Hotel Grand Villa Argentina and 5 minutes away from pretty beach of Sv. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty.
