The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, and benefit from beautiful panorama sea views, access to the balcony as well private bathrooms with bath tubs and double sinks. . Located on the lower floor there is a relax area and gym equipment. Here you will also find the laundry room. A garage for 2 cars and parking spaces complete this property. Villa is located in a secure residential domain 600m walking distance from the closest public beach and 1 from the closest beach club.
