The local bus stop is 400 metres walk from the apartments with buses going to and from Dubrovnik every half an hour. The trip takes about 15 minutes (Bus number 10) and the number 10 bus also continues past Mlini to the nearby town of Cavtat, which also takes about 15 minutes.
When visiting Dubrovnik's Old City for the first time, the best way is to take a direct boat ride which takes about 20 minutes along the coast. There are various boat excursions you can go on and all of these can be booked from Mlini, the nearby town of Cavtat or Dubrovnik.
