The spacious Villa Nea Leona offers you a pleasant holiday just 100 meters from the nearest beach. The villa consists of three floors that cover over 180 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Each floor consists of one apartment, which is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends who offer them privacy at the same time. Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. Guests have a private tavern with barbecue facilities, a kitchen and a seating area, and a private pool with sun loungers. There is also a garage for 4 cars. The owners live on the ground floor but have a separate entrance and have no contact with guests during their stay. Guests can use a boat mooring in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Since the house is located in a densely populated area, booking is not allowed for younger groups of people who want to party. Pets are not allowed. We recommend this beautiful oasis of peace for a relaxing family vacation in Dalmatia. After booking, it is possible to arrange transport from Split airport with the owner.
