Positive: House is very big. Has lots of things one can do, it's hard to be bored. The property is also quite big so you can do your own activities on here. The pool, although not heated, did not need heating at the times we were there. It's good relaxing place. There is only 1 AC unit in 1 room, however, we were there when it was really hot and we did not need to use AC at ground floor, so the temperatures are quite nice without intervention. There is plenty of utensils for everyone involved. The internet could be better, but being from Croatia it did not surprise us much as there's not a lot of options for hosts to choose this far off main areas.
Negative: There seemed to be quite a lot of bugs. As is expected in nature, but for some reason there was this particular kind of fly/wasp (not sure what that is) that looked intimidating to be around and would appear inside house constantly, eventho house has mosquito nets on all windows so there was seemingly no way for it to enter after we send it outside, few appeared every morning. Kids were particularly scared of it's looks tho noone was stung (not sure if it stings humans) but it put the "chill" little off beat. Also we seemed to have hit season (i guess) when someone was always mowing something around the property, and that happens at odd hours.
Summary: Huge facility with lots of things to do on whole property
