Between you and the sea lies a beautiful garden with three big fig trees. In summer you can pick fresh figs. If you are there in the right season, you can harvest the grapefruit in the garden. The garden is for shared use and provides tables and chairs, a hammock and an outdoor grill. There are parking spaces in front of the house. Two boat moorings are also available in front of the house and you can borrow our boat.
The apartment measures around 50m² and is suitable for four people. It has a TV with international channels, as well as air conditioning with an inverter (heating function) and Wi-Fi Internet access. There are two bedrooms each with two beds. A little junior bed can be added. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, a cupboard with a mirror. The fully-equipped kitchen includes electric and gas cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a baking function, a coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and toilet paper are provided. You can share use of a washing machine. There are clothes stands in the apartment.
You can go on many trips from here, either to one of the surrounding islands, the old UNESCO town Trogir, Krka National Park, the Neandertaler Museum in Split or our own organic farm in Vrsine. There is something for everyone. Poljica is only a 20-minute drive from Split airport. We can arrange the transport. There are two bus stops in Poljica, with connections every half an hour to the surrounding towns. You can find a bakery, two cafes and three restaurants right by the promenade in Poljica.
We sell organic products from our farm in the neighbouring village, such as wine, schnapps and olive oil. We are a German-Croatian couple who also speak English. We are communicative and helpful. We would be happy to introduce you to Poljica, at the heart of the tourist area.
