Family House for rent - Villa Tonka is a renovated old stone house for 6 people, with swimming pool and professional outdoor hot tub (whirlpool).This holiday house located in the small village Kremenici, near Malinska, has been renovated in a traditional rustic style.
In the back garden, there are olive trees, a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub (brand HotSpring Summit) with deck chairs.There are also a billiards table and a table-tennis table in a cellar, as well as an outdoor grill.
On the first floor there are living room and dining room with kitchen, and on the top floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.There is a special offer for guests staying in Villa Tonka – a possibility to use a house owners’ fenced land plot by the sea, of 10 000 square meters, which is a perfect spot for swimming and exploring nature, and only 15 minutes drive from family house Villa Tonka.The ride from Villa Tonka to land plot by the sea takes about fifteen minutes by car and the last two kilometers are driven on a maintained macadam road.The house is not available for groups oy young people.
