The holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2010 is a semi-detached house and rustic furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet location.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Garica, 190 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
