This ground-level holiday house is in a quiet cul-de-sac near the beach. It is a semi-detached house. The other half is occupied by the owner.
The living room and the kitchen open onto the 20m² terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine in summer or simply relax, read a good book, or enjoy a refreshing drink under the shade of trees, with the occasional sea breeze. The terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs and two deckchairs. Next to the terrace there is a small, but exquisite Mediterranean garden with an olive tree that is older than the house. The garden also has an outdoor shower, so you can shower after returning from the beach. There is an enclosed parking space on site.
The holiday house provides 60m² of living space for up to four people. The spacious 25m² living room provides a corner sofa, a fireplace and a TV, as well as a dining space with a dining table and chairs. This is below the hatch through to the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are two 9m² bedrooms along the hallway. One bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed, the other has two 90x200cm single beds. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and is also accessed from the hallway. It has a bath and a toilet.
The nearest pebbled and rocky beach is just 50 metres from the house. There is a shady little pine forest near the beach, where there is also a little children’s playground with two slides and a swing. The Artatore bay is about 8km from the town of Losinj. There are only about 200 houses in the locality. There are three restaurants 50-400 metres from the holiday house and there is a little grocery shop 300 metres away. There are larger supermarkets in Losinj, which also provides plenty of opportunities to stroll and go out, or to enjoy sports activities. There are also launderettes there. The local public transport from Artatore to Losinj is restricted, but it is easy to get to Losinj by taxi.
A supplementary bed can be provided on request, at an additional charge. There is a reversible air conditioning unit in the hallway that cools both bedrooms. Use of the wireless Internet connection is included in the rental price. The owner lives in the other half of the house, which is slightly offset. The terraces are separated by a rosemary hedge and a wooden fence, so your privacy is ensured.
