Villa for 6 people!Perfect balance of the luxury and nature - Stylish villa in the healthy and very green area!Big modern house at the small village Gabonjin in the center of island of Krk is waiting for you and your family and friends!I am renting modern villa for 6 people, in the very green area with a big 9x3 m new swimming pool, big garden and a private parking for 3 cars. The house is in the village Gabonjin, at the island of Krk. Krk is very famous for its beautiful beaches rich history, gastronomy, vines (Zlahtina from Vrbnik)and welcoming people.Great position allows to discover all the island and historic cities: Malinska, Krk, Vrbnik, Punat, Baska and beautiful beaches: Haludovo, Baska, Punat, Vrbnik, Malin. One can enjoy all sports: biking, hiking, swimming, running Etc..the island is very sport friendly. One can choose between active holidays (riding bikes and doing sports), historical visits or just to rest in the garden and to enjoy the sun and pool. The small the big supermarkets are 4 km away and the first beach is 2 km away.Villa has a big new swimming pool. Not ideal for kids and older people as it has a lot of stairs! Non-smoking house.

Villa has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with one king bad for 2 people, with separate exit to the balconies, fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, separate dining room, living room with the big plasma TV, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces. At the first floor there are tree rooms. The one small apartment (30m2) in the basement is detached enough from the other 3 bedrooms at the first floor and is excellent solution if you need private space for playing or for the gym. Also, in the basement is always much cooler than in the rest of the house.
The villa is not ideal for the small kids and older people as it has a lot of stairs.

Beautiful contact with Nature! If you are looking for the perfect balance of nature and luxury, you will enjoy my place. I am sharing with you my stylish villa with a new swimming pool 3x9m in the healthy & very green area.The car is needed as my village Gabonjin is 2km from the crowed areas and the first beach. If you want to be constantly exposed to other people & crowded areas, this house might not be for you. It’s a Chic in the silence & green. It’s not ideal for kids and older people as it has a lot of stairs!

Amazing location in the center of the island Krk!The house is in the heart of the very friendly and particularly quiet Dalmatian village. Not for the guest who want to be exposed to other people and to be in the crowded area!Pool and garden view. You can easily explore all the island from our location, it’s almost the perfect location at the central part of the island. My favorite is the Haludovo beach near Malinska (3km away from house) but you should definitely explore towns and beaches: Baska, Vrbnik, Omisalj, Punat, Krk old town, Island in front of the Island- Košljun, Cave Biserujka but also Plitvice Lakes, worldwide famous national park.

You can choose between active holidays (riding bikes and doing sports), historical visits or you can rest in the garden and just enjoy the pool & sun. The big supermarkets are 2 km away and the first beach is 2 km away.
