Supermarket with bakery and butchers and hairdresser and bar are at the local end. A small grocery store (where you can also buy your rolls for breakfast) and restaurants are within walking distance. location The house is in a quiet residential area and has a beautiful view over the olive and wine landscape to the sea and on Porec. The area is wooded with holm oaks and offers a lot of nature. You can cycle or hike in the Mediterranean surroundings directly from the house. House In front of the house are fenced, your private parking places. The modern house has a cloakroom and an extra WC in the entrance area (ground floor). On the upper floor there are two tastefully furnished double rooms and two modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet. The cozy, bright living area has enough space for all guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer and tea towels. From the bright living-dining area it opens onto the large terrace with sea views and a staircase to the sun terrace with its own pool and the garden. With separate entrance are in the basement two more beautiful, spacious, bright double rooms, a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bidet. The well-kept garden has a beautiful, covered barbecue.
