This beautiful villa is located on the west side of the Pelješac Peninsula, in the little fisherman’s village of Lovište, only a few steps away from the beach. Only about 200 people live in Lovište and make their living in farming, fishing, olive growing and tourism. The whole area is full of lovely beaches. At your doorstep are sea front restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias and bakeries which provide hot delicacies.
The villa is situated very close to the beach and is surrounded by a huge olive trees estate belonging to the owner's family. A large stone built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are located outside the villa, enabling you to do a great BBQ and enjoy dining with the scent of cypresses, murmuring sea and unforgettable sea views.
The villa is simply furnished and has an air-condition unit in every room. There is a Satellite TV, DVD player, music player, CD player and board games provided for the guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, cooking utensils and tableware. A washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a hair drier are provided. Baby cot and baby chair provided. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The villa is a great starting point to visit Dubrovnik, Korčula, wonderful Pelješac peninsula, Mostar, Medjugorje and the islands of Mljet and Lastovo. It is perfect for boating people as you can moor your boat just in front of the house. The wonderful owners will let you taste their beautiful wines and olive oils, and other specialities from their produce.
This unique, old, seaside cottage was rebuilt in 2018 and provides relaxed vacation with your own private beach just 10 metres distance from the house. It is a completely peaceful villa located in the family's vineyard and olive grove. The 3000 sqm of land which surround the villa ensure tranquillity and privacy. You can truly feel that you get the whole of the Adriatic Sea to yourself. Just across the road is a pristine pebbly beach which you have all to yourself.
