This spacious holiday house is located in a quiet part of Crveni Vrh, with a beach and luxurious golf courses within walking distance. The house is surrounded by a beautiful orchard. It is merely approximately five minutes away from the old centre of Savudrija and ten minutes away from the center of Umag (by car).
The parking space in front of the house can accommodate two cars. The terrace is fully equipped with garden furniture and a portable grill - perfect for dinner with family and friends.
Every bedroom comes with a balcony. The double-bed bedrooms share the balcony above the terrace, while the single-beds bedrooms balcony overlooks the orchard.
You’ll feel right at home in the living room. The ground floor is where you will find the living room, a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and a terrace. The living room is equipped with an extendable couch, LCD TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The bathroom includes a shower stall and a toilet.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer and four electric stoves. You are welcomed to take advantage of the outside dining area with a portable grill on the terrace.

The bigger of the rooms also has a closet and an air conditioning unit. The floor also has it’s own bathroom with a toilet, shower stall and a washing machine.
A nice beach and golf courses are within walking distance. Multiple stores and restaurants are also available. Explore the area using various walking/biking routes.
The house is located just minutes away by car from Savudrija, Umag and Kanegra. Other beautiful nearby places include Grožnjan, Motovun, Novi Grad and Pula. We especially recommend a trip to Grožnjan, which is a tiny, rustic old town, full of galleries and fine wine.
