Rustic villa with a pool, terrace and wonderful view
The holiday house is in the little village of Šušnjevica near Kršan in Istria, surrounded by meadows and vineyards on the edge of a nature reserve.
The house has a historical character, as it used to be a pub a long time ago and was also occupied by teachers from the region. It consists of two parts, connected by means of a terrace. The smaller part has two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The larger part consists of a kitchen equipped with professional appliances, a dining room with a fireplace and a spacious living room with another fireplace on the ground floor, providing plenty of space to relax by the fire and enjoy good company. The other five bedrooms with their own bathroom are on the upper floor. An air conditioning unit is available.
There is a fountain on the terrace. The pool with sun loungers invites you to relax. You can prepare meals with the barbecue and enjoy them on the roofed terrace. A small playground is available for children.
The owners can arrange wine tastings. Depending on the length of your stay, you are given gifts of regional specialities.
The Učka national park adjoins the site. In summer there are herb festivals, where you can buy various products. Active holiday-makers can find many hiking and cycle paths, and paragliders can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. There are a bowling alley and grocery shops nearby.
