Up in front of the bedroom, the private sunny balcony affords an extensive view over the hilly and lush landscape. Down on the extensive sun deck you can relax under a wide blue sky. It is recommended to arrive by car and there are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
The detached holiday house was newly built in 2013 and elaborately upgraded in 2016, providing all amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in all rooms and wireless Internet access. The living space of 80m² is spread over two floors and comprises an open living and dining room with a modern built-in kitchen, a bedroom and two daylight bathrooms. The living room provides a sofa bed, three comfortable armchairs, a wide flatscreen TV, a stereo system and a dining table with six chairs. On cooler evenings the cast-iron fireplace stove exudes cosy fireplace warmth. A couple of steps lead up to the dining space with a table and six chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it has only the latest appliances: dishwasher, two-zone ceramic hob and two-zone gas hob with an extractor fan, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and espresso pot. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with a bedroom and the two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm) for two children. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for a third child. One of the two bathrooms has a corner bath with a shower attachment, the other has a glazed shower cubicle. Both are each fitted with washbasins and wall mirrors, a hairdryer and toilets. Plenty of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The house is about 8km from the nearest long beach with a range of water sports. In the centre of Sveti Bartul about 400 metres away you can find the nearest shops and the historical little town of Labin about 4km away has famous historical sights, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants.
Your pets are also welcome, if you do not wish to go away on holiday without them.
