The villa is on two floors and can accommodate ten people. The interior is modern, with high-quality furniture and beautiful details, so that guest will feel at home. The ground floor has a spacious and air-conditioned living room with a dining space and kitchen, an extra bathroom and two bedrooms with their own bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a terrace, where you can relax with the twittering of birds or enjoy the view of the forest. A fireplace and a pool table in the spacious living room provide a pleasant atmosphere during your stay, and wireless Internet access, satellite TV and table football are available. There are also two armchairs and a sofa bed for two people here. The open kitchen with a counter and bar stools is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Next to it there is a big dining table with plenty of chairs. There are five full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Four of the bathrooms each have a bath, bidet, washbasin and toilet, while the fifth has a shower instead of a bath. The whole site of 2350m² is fenced, so you can feel secure and enjoy privacy, whilst children can play freely. The villa has a pool outside for adults and one for kids (together around 50m²), with deckchairs, parasols and a lovely terrace with quality garden furniture and a grill. The two terraces each measure around 22m². There are four adult bikes and two children’s bikes (20” and 24”) available for use free of charge. There is also a little playground for children. There are free parking spaces for three cars. The house is surrounded by lovely forests and you can go hiking or cycling in the area. In Žminj 2.5km away you can find supermarkets, restaurants adn other everyday amenities. It is about 25km to the beaches at Rovinj or Luka Krnica. Pula airport is 33km away.
