Perfectly equipped holiday villa situated in the countryside on the outskirts of the village of Polaca, which is about 12 km inland from Biograd, a popular seaside resort on the Adriatic coast in northern Dalmatia. For those arriving by car: this beautiful property with pool, sports field and play equipment in the garden is only a few kilometers from the Zagreb - Split motorway. Zadar Airport is 25 km away and can be reached quickly via the motorway. The villa is ideally suited for 2 families traveling together. A complete apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor (for 5 people) and on the upper floor (for 4 people), with its own large terrace. In addition to the pool, a jacuzzi awaits you in the garden (from 2023 even a sauna is planned!) and a summer kitchen with a large dining area, where all guests will find enough space together.
