Summary: We loved this hotel, great location. We had a large wonderful room overlooking the fountain with a very comfy bed. The room was serviced every day and the staff were all very helpful. We went for the advent festivities and it didn't disappoint. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this. If we had any negatives at all it would be the hairdryer in the drawer which was very difficult to use
