Summary: Our flight home from Split was rescheduled for the following day INVOLUNTARILY! A big inconvenience and a day of lost work. However, we were able to schedule at Hotel Riva and check in early! Our first interaction with staff was incredibly professional, understanding and kind. Everyone we encountered could not have been nicer! Our room was conveniently located on a floor that we did not have to use stairs; it was spotless, very large, comfortable and had an attached outdoor deck with view of the sea. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, excellent room! Would stay again!
