The house has a private entrance, parking, garage, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower with hot water, and swimming pool overlooking the nearby Adriatic sea.The house's (90m2) interior is fully furnished and clean. It has two rooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with two one-person beds, and two cooling fans. The living room - which also has a wood stove - is pleasant for socializing and is connected to a small kitchen equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, and refrigerator (no oven because it is a big consumer of electrical energy). In the living room, there is a sofa, table, four chairs, and new AC. From the living room, you go directly to a large terrace overlooking the sea and olive groves.
