The light-flooded, spacious first floor with its open-plan layout is tastefully divided into kitchen, dining and living areas with a cozy fireplace and forms the social hub of the house. The third bedroom is also located here, also with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Almost all rooms and bathrooms are equipped with ambient LED lighting, which can be individually adjusted to suit the mood.
