The villa is laid over two floors within a 300 sqm. area. The split-level ground floor features an open living area, a spacious living room, galleried dining area with a large modern glass dining table and a contemporary kitchen with a central island and bar stool seating, all opening onto the swimming pool with spectacular views. A well proportioned bedroom opening out to the pool and a bathroom are also situated on the ground floor. Three bedrooms, each with private bathrooms are on the first floor with a spacious terrace and panoramic sea views.
All bedrooms have super king sized beds, bedside tables and floor to ceiling wardrobes. Each bathroom has its own hairdryer.
Facilities include TV, stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, Wifi, fireplace, sofa and coffee table in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. All the windows fold back to open the entire villa to the glorious views.
The swimming pool is equipped with lighting, a waterfall shoulder massage feature and underwater massage. Additionally, it has a seating ledge along the length facing the sea.
A beautiful outside terrace has a covered area with a chill-out bench and a large dining table and a barbecue next to it. Private parking is at the back of the villa.
