There is a private parking in front of the villa and a garage in the villa s yard and a priate boat spot in the sea.
There is a huge terrace with sea,mountain and Perast view which looks on the street and smaller private terraces inside ,hidden from the eyes of people passing next to the house.
It can accomodate 12 persons who can enjoy the barbecue on the terrace while drinking Montenegrian wine.
