Positive: We stayed one night at MY HOTEL in Prizren, and everything was simply perfect. The location couldn’t be better, close enough to the historical center to walk there easily, yet far enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. The private indoor parking was a huge plus. It’s spacious, secure, with cameras, and we didn’t have to worry about our car at all. We parked when we arrived and didn’t move it until we checked out. Speaking of checkout, the 12 PM checkout time was very convenient. We left the room a bit earlier, went for a last coffee in town, and came back just to pick up the car. The hotel itself feels modern, warm, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom large and well-equipped. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi were also appreciated. The internet worked flawlessly the entire stay, which is rare even in more expensive hotels. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with plenty of choices to pick from. The staff were very kind and professional, and the elevator from the parking level/reception made everything even more convenient. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, quiet stay close to Prizren’s old town, stop searching, this is the place.

Negative: As for negatives, there’s really nothing significant to mention. It would have been nice if the rooms had balconies, but that’s just a personal preference, not a real issue. The hot water took a moment to figure out, but the reception explained it right away. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!
